So me and Sha were sitting outside of the Library, waiting for our mom. we started jokingly smacking each other and a Cop came up and said "Hey, stop smacking each other," I wasn't sure what to do, then i saw his joking expression. I've always had a fear of Cops. "Wait, are you two sisters?" he asked after a moment.
it was Shannon who replied that time, "yes," she was trying not to giggle from what i saw.
"Oh, then its okay. i used to beat my little brother up when I was a kid. But now he's like this much taller then me–" he put his hand a few feet above his head. "–and like this big. so i cant do it anymore." Shannon was smiling now, while i did too. I didn't think i had ever met a Cop that was funny.
The Cop appeared to be a nerd with a big nose and glasses. i had wondered if he was married. Shannon said something i didn't catch, and at the same moment i had heard the sound of an ice cream truck. then the Cop spoke again, but quieter, "Where is that strange music coming from? it sounds like an ice cream truck,"
Shannon again giggled, "Yea." i heard her say, but i was busy trying to figure out where it was coming from.
after a little while noise started coming from his radio thingy. "someone on the highway on a bike got hit. i repeat; someone on the highway on bike got hit." the talking wasn't very clear, so i hadn't really been able to hear it very well. all i knew was that something happened to a dude on a bike. "Uh-oh," the Cop groaned, before walking into the library. i sat there for a moment, trying not to laugh. Shannon was laughing too. "Well, i guess he had to take a crap before he went to the highway or whatever." Sha giggled. i nodded my agreement, before i had caught sigh of my mom.
Oh my gosh it was funny!
